Mark your calendars!  4 Bridges Arts Festival™ will be celebrating its 12th year on April 14 & 15, 2012 at the First Tennessee Pavilion in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The festival is produced by the Association for Visual Arts (AVA) and has become a staple in the Southeast, as well as the nation, for presenting some of the finest original artworks made by contemporary artists from around the country.

An annual event that attracts regional and national artists to exhibit their work for sale in Chattanooga, 4 Bridges introduces visitors, amateur art buyers and serious collectors to a variety of uniquely original artwork. This year, approximately 150 artists were selected from almost 700 applicants to exhibit painting, glasswork, jewelry, textiles, furniture, sculpture and more. Art of every shape, size and style awaits you: familiar alongside whimsical, traditional alongside contemporary.

With an attendance of more than 18,000 in 2011, the festival has become a signature event for the city and has just earned special recognition for the second year in a row in the Art Fair SourceBook as one of the Top 100 Fine Art Fairs. 

Live music from talented local and regional performers and a new focus on artisan foods, offering richly diverse dishes from some of Chattanooga's best local restaurants, add to the festival's atmosphere. For budding arts enthusiasts, the Kids' Art Creation Area is free and open to children of all ages, offering original art projects from trained art educators.

Hours are Saturday: 10am to 6pm and Sunday: 11am to 5pm.  Admission to the festival is $7 for one day or $10 for both days and free for under 18.
