2013 Artist Awards
A note from the jurors...
The quality of entries was overwhelming; many deserving artists are without awards, but not without the jurors admiration, respect and good wishes.
Starting with a blind jurying process for entrants, we were then pleased to see the quality of great work in person that went into this 13th Festival. We continued our examination of the work with regards to the artist's vision, originality, consistency, craftmanship, and always an eye for the work itself.
We congratulate all the artists and feel many were deserving of awards.
