Every year AVA offers Festival scholarships and professional support to a select group of emerging artists. To get into the Festival the artists are required to go through a stringent application process and attend a day-long “how-to” workshop led by other Festival artists and the Festival Director with information on pricing work, marketing, and customer relations. Furthermore, AVA offers the artists business cards, screens, pedestals and other items needed at the Festival itself. AVA is proud to work with these artists and to help them begin what is sure to be a wonderful career.  Each of them has shown the promise and dedication that it takes to be a full-time, professional artist.
